About ChamClad

Amber has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Prior to ChamClad, she worked alongside her husband at Chameleon Top Coatings, which they started over 17 years ago on their acreage outside of St. Albert, Alberta. Today between the two companies, Amber and Vince have over 75 employees! Her passion for high quality, Canadian made products that support the building industry is what led Amber to start the ChamClad line. Today ChamClad has four design patents and is a unique product in the market with the focus around sustainability. Amber has two daughters and a love for animals. If you stop by the shop, you’re more than likely to meet one of her 4 dogs.

Chelsy joined the ChamClad team in February of 2022 and recently graduated from NAIT with an undergrad diploma in Business Administrative Management. Born and raised in Edmonton, at a young age Chelsy was often found dancing her life away and also enjoys quiet family time and bonding with her puppy, which is the reason you will find her always smiling!”

Before coming to Chamclad, Darla spent several years in the new home construction industry as well as the hardware industry. Managing a family business and owning her own company has given her a lot of experience over the years. Darla has worked as the contractor installing the product, the retailer selling the product to now being on the manufacturing side; It has been exciting to be a part of all these industries. Darla joined the team at Chamclad in 2020. She likes to have fun and enjoy every day at work– “Apparently my coworkers do as well! They enjoy scaring me out of my office chair a few times a week!”

Hayley has been working for ChamClad for 3 years in marketing and inside sales. Before starting her journey with ChamClad, Hayley worked in Europe and Asia teaching English. Outside of work Hayley loves dancing, going hiking, to the gym and spending time with her friends!

Kirby Gallace joined ChamClad as their Controller in 2023. Prior to joining, Kirby has worked in many industries including construction services, consulting and pharmaceuticals. She is responsible for leading the organization’s accounting, finance and administration teams. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University followed by her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation. She is currently a member of The Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta (CPA Alberta).Outside of work, Kirby loves camping, biking, running and spending time with her family and friends.

Mark worked in the building products industry for 4 years prior to joining the ChamClad team in 2020. When he isn’t assisting people in finding attractive, affordable and long-lasting design solutions for their homes and businesses, he loves spending time with his amazing wife and 3 kids. In his spare time, he likes going fishing, playing baseball, embarrassing himself at golf…………. and is a huge Jays, Raptors and F1 fan!

Shawn has been selling in the building industry for over twenty years, with nine of those years in the siding industry. He has been with ChamClad since 2021, where he enjoys collaborating with the amazing ChamClad team. He has always enjoyed the process of designing and figuring out the details to finish off a project with the right materials and looks. In his leisure time, you will find him camping with his family on a lake made for swimming in or watching his kids play their many sports. Go Jays!

Having been in the building industry for over 35 years, Warren will be able to use his knowledge to help expand ChamClad throughout his region. He is passionate about working with his customers, prospects, and creating long term relationships. Warren has a blended family of 4 kids and a grandson. During his time away from work, he loves skiing the powder, mountain biking, golf and his off grid cottage life.
